If you're planning a party and you need help, chances are that you've had a look on Google or asked friends who they've used in the past. Whilst researching, you've probably seen a wide range of prices on offer from the different planners. Why is there such a range in prices? And why am I not the cheapest party planner out there?
The simple answer is: the service that you receive.
All of my party clients are full planning - I won't just turn up on the day to put out the place names and decorations that you've sorted. I'm with you throughout the entire process.
I start with the essentials - we have an initial consultation to hear about your ideas and to see if I'm right for you
I send you a bespoke proposal and then you give me the green light!
We create your design board (based on our consultation) and we establish your budget (which I'll continue to manage for you as planning progresses)
Then we start the planning - if you need a venue/marquee, I source that for you; as well as all of the other suppliers that you need (think production, catering, security, entertainment, photography and everything in between!)
I liaise with your suppliers throughout the entire process for you, and attend all meetings/tastings with you too!
I'm there for you to help with any questions, or concerns, that you may have whilst we plan your special celebration together
Nearer the day, I will create your bespoke schedule and distribute it to your key suppliers
On the day/in the lead up - I will be there to ensure that everything is set up properly and that your party runs smoothly - leaving you to enjoy the celebration yourself!
Before booking your party planner, make sure that you know exactly what is, and isn't, included in the service. Some party 'planners' may simply be supplying one element of your decor and help you with with the rest - by just making recommendations. This doesn't mean that they will adequately take care of the logistics, managing your budget or be there on the day ensuring that your celebration goes off without a hitch!
