I’m here to guide you seamlessly through the wedding planning process; whether that’s hourly, with wedding day management or supporting you for your complete journey, with the ultimate full plan. I appreciate that my clients are all unique, having individual needs – therefore my packages are here as a guideline and can be tailor-made to create the bespoke planning experience you desire.
Whichever package or bespoke service you choose, you will be sure to feel relaxed in the knowledge that I am there with you, every step of the way. I take the time to get to know my couples – to find out your likes and dislikes, what makes you tick and how you envision your wedding day. I will work closely with you to ensure that your wedding truly reflects you as a couple and exceeds your expectations.

The perfect solution for couples who want to plan their wedding themselves, but acknowledge that they may need a bit of help too. Think of me as your little helping hand, guiding you along the way!
However far through your wedding planning journey you are, I am here to help! You may have already booked your venue and key suppliers, but want help organising logistics for the day; or you may want regular meetings throughout your wedding planning journey, just to make sure you’re on track and ticking off everything that you need to. It’s entirely up to you to choose how you wish to utilise my industry knowledge, in order to tailor make the perfect planning solution for you!
1 x hour online meeting costs £75.00 and includes a detailed post meeting write-up. Available to couples across the UK.

THE CENTREPIECE
Wedding day management - ideal for couples who have planned their wedding already, but who want help navigating the last few weeks and ensuring everything runs smoothly on the big day!
Roughly three months before your wedding, we have a free phone consultation to see if I’m the right fit for you and to go over some key details about your wedding. Then once your booking is confirmed, we begin with our initial meeting where I find out exactly where you are with your planning and we work out the next steps!
This service includes:

An initial meeting approximately eight weeks before your wedding (in person/online)

A final on site meeting

Wedding Coordinator on the day for 12 hours

Assistant on the day for 10 hours

Your bespoke wedding day schedule created and shared with relevant suppliers

All suppliers confirmed

Support via e-mail/mobile after the initial meeting

Help with any last minute details, including recommending suppliers
You can expect to pay from £1,500 for this service (based on up to 100 guests at a dry hire/marquee/tipi wedding).
After our initial consultation, you will receive a bespoke proposal outlining the anticipated cost for your wedding.
THE UNOFFICIAL BRIDESMAID
Full wedding planning - the ideal option for the couple who want support throughout the entire planning process.
Think of me as your unofficial bridesmaid – from the moment that your booking is confirmed, I am there to help you and guide you through your wedding planning journey.
I am your confidante, your champion.
We begin with a free phone consultation to see if I’m the right fit for you and to go over some key details about your wedding. Once you're 100% happy with your bespoke proposal and your booking is confirmed, then the fun can begin!
Full planning includes:

Managing your budget and tracking payments

Creating your design board, ensuring that your vision is brought to life

Securing your dream venue

Sourcing/liaising with suppliers and attending meetings

Sending invitations and tracking RSVPs

Assisting with tasks such as creating your order of service and finding your wedding outfits

Offering emotional support and etiquette advice

Creating your bespoke schedule and confirming your suppliers

Setting up the day before

Attending your wedding on the day for 15 hours (with an assistant for required hours)
You can tailor make the Unofficial Bridesmaid so that it works for you; you can always add organising an intimate rehearsal dinner, helping with planning the perfect honeymoon or arranging a unique hen (or stag!) do; the list is endless!
This service costs 12% of your wedding budget, with a minimum fee of £5,000
(based on a one day event, with up to 100 guests at a dry hire/marquee/tipi wedding).
After our initial meeting, I will send you a detailed proposal, where I will outline my anticipated fee.
